4. If you still can’t receive any notification: please uninstall the Q Watch app and also delete the “QC13” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the Q Watch app and take a look at again.

How to connect the smart watch and open it to accept message notifications?

1. Press and hold the right button to start. Please scan the QR code in the manual to download the app named “Q Watch”, or seek for “Q Watch” on Google Play or App Store.
2. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth and GPS, then open the Q Watch app, – Device – Add a new device – Make a selection QC13 device.
3. Click “QC13” in the search results screen, click “Confirm device link”.
4. Allow QC13 to show your iPhone notifications.
5. Allow Bluetooth “QC13” to pair with your phone.
6. Configure the mobile phone notification bar to receive message notifications.
7. In the application “Q Watch” – APP, open the corresponding social software permissions.

Now the watch can connect and successfully sync the notification bar message! (Note: Do not disturb mode of the mobile app is disabled)

Q: What to do if I will be able to’t get it to connect with my phone or all the time get disconnected?
